About the Event:

Taste the tantalizing terroirs of Eastern France paired with a world-class, multi-course, dinner and other-worldly views. Certified Sommelier Ian Clarke guides you on a journey through the Burgundy region, highlighting each of their exquisite grapes during this exclusive event.

Join us as we enjoy the wines of Boillot, Denogent, Savary and Buisson paired with unique plates especially designed to compliment each one. This collection is some of the most respected and envied of Burgundy as each are family owned with small, attentive production. This event will be enjoyed by anyone who loves Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

About our Guide:

Ian Clarke is one of Oklahoma’s first Certified Sommeliers. He has directed the wine program Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club and was an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University, where he taught wine in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

His wine writing has been published both locally and nationally. Ian represents Kermit Lynch with Putnam Wines.
